RETREAT OVERVIEW

The 2026 Stanford Biodesign Retreat will highlight in a single day the latest and emerging technologies in arrhythmia therapy. The Retreat in Chicago, Illinois, is designed to serve as an expert forum of 60 key thought leaders and innovators to share their ideas about new and emerging technologies in arrhythmia management and diagnosis. Physicians and scientists will be asked to give brief talks about the emerging developments in their field, the key needs in cardiac arrhythmias in their area of expertise, and the likely solutions in the next 5 years. A speed-dating format will be used to highlight start-up companies in the field. Start-up innovators will have the opportunity to speak about the start-up and medical device innovation process.

All sales are final. There are NO full or partial refunds, cancellations, credit towards a future retreat, transferring registration to another person to attend, name, and/or email address or retreat format changes. No exceptions.

* April 22 reminder/update: If you are a current full-time fellow, full-time resident, or full-time college/university student, you are required to:

• register using your valid academic/.edu email address or your registration will be voided with no refunds, and you will not be allowed to attend the virtual or in-person retreat. Additional proof of current academic status will be required.
• present a current, valid academic photo ID matching your registration name for check-in if you registered using an academic email address and you are attending the retreat in person.
• log in to Zoom using the same name and academic/.edu email address you provided during online registration. Online check-in verification will be conducted.

Maximum ONE participant/registration per order. Do NOT register for more than one person in one order or your entire order will be refunded less a $50 fee per registration. Payment is by VISA, MasterCard or American Express card. Advance online registrations are required. There is no walk-in manual registration/payment on day of retreat.

If registering for another person or placing additional orders, please use the participant's name and email address instead of your information to create an account or when using guest checkout for check-in purposes so that email confirmation, directions, and instructions are sent directly to each participant. We are not responsible for errors made by the registrant/person who placed the online order.

If your registration payment is successful, your credit/debit card statement will list "Stanford Ticketing" as the merchant.
